Spring Soccer

BFC Spring Divisional (Cascadia Soccer League)

This season Burnaby FC will be entering the following teams in the Cascadia Soccer League. Teams must be prepared to travel across the Lower Mainland.

• Boys & Girls Under-11 Intake: Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2015 Born) – 8v8
• Boys & Girls Under-11: Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2014 Born) – 8v8
• Boys & Girls Under-13: Intake Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2013 Born) – 9v9
• Boys & Girls Under-14: Intake Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2012 Born) – 11v11
• Boys & Girls Under-14: Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2011 Born) – 11v11
• Boys & Girls Under-15: Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2010 Born) – 11v11
• Boys & Girls Under-16: Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2009 Born) – 11v11
• Boys & Girls Under-17: Metro, Division 1, 2 and 3 Teams (2008 Born) – 11v11

Registration (Closed):

Individual players (Born 2015-2008) may register between January 15 – February 28.

Registration Fee: $250 (includes)

• League registration fee
• Referee fees
• Club administration fee
• One training session per week (10 weeks)
• One game per week* (8 weeks)
• New kit to be provided (shirt, socks and shorts) for new players only*

*New Players will be contacted by the BFC kit manager after completing registration and will be charged for a match kit (home & away socks, shorts, home & away jerseys, training shirt) – Fee $80

*Players selected to Division 1 teams (2015 U11 Intake, 2014 1A, 2013 1A, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009) and Metro (2008) will be asked to pay an additional $200 as the fee for HP players is $450 based on an extra training session and having BFC staff coaches. All HP players will be notified by February 26, 2025, of their placement for Spring Soccer. All players should register to guarantee a spot as space is limited.

• April 5th/6th Opening Weekend
• April 23rd Final Schedule released for all U9 Intake – U14 Intake teams
• May 17th/18th No League Games – Victoria Day Weekend
• June 7th/8th Finals for U14 and over teams / Last weekend of games for all teams

Boys Under-8 (2017)

• Games: Saturdays April 12th – June 21st, Confederation Park Oval @ 11:30 am OR 12:30 pm
• No Sessions on Easter Weekend – April 21st, May Long Weekend – May 17th or Hats Off Day- June 7th

Boys Under-9 (2016)

• Games: Saturdays April 12th – June 21st, Confederation Park Mini @ 12pm OR 1pm OR 2pm OR 3 pm
• No Sessions on Easter Weekend – April 21st, May Long Weekend- May 17th or Hats Off Day- June 7th

Girls Under-8 (2017)

• Games: Sundays April 13th – June 22nd, Confederation Park Oval @ 11:30 am OR 12:30 pm
• No Sessions on Easter Weekend – April 20th, May Long Weekend – May 18th or Mothers Day – May 11th

Girls Under-9 (2016)

• Games: Sundays April 13th – June 22nd, Confederation Park Oval @12pm OR 1pm OR 2pm
• No Sessions on Easter Weekend April 20th, May Long Weekend- May 18th or Mothers Day- May 11th

All players may register starting January 15 until all spots are full.

• Day: Wednesday April 23rd – June 11th (8 sessions)
  • Session 1: 5:30-6:15
  • Session 2: 6:30-7:15
• Day: Thursday April 24th – June 12th (8 sessions)
  • Session 1: 5:30-6:15
  • Session 2: 6:30-7:15
