Burnaby FC today opened registration and announced its schedule for First Kicks (Under-5 to Under-7) for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2024-2025 season. All First Kicks sessions will be held indoors (locations will be confirmed once we have allocations from the City), ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
With a focus on fostering a love for the game and promoting physical literacy, our First Kicks program caters to all participants and skill levels. We have designed the schedule to accommodate player availability, while prioritizing age-appropriate training sessions.
2020 and 2021 – Under 5 (boys and girls) One with One*
- Fall Start Date: Week of September 16 – September 20
- Fall End Dates: Week of November 11 – November 15
- *Parent or guardian must attend with their child
- Sessions: 8
- Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Locations/Times: Sessions will be held indoors with exact location and time announced once the Club is able to confirm coaches and gym availability (early August).
2019 (Under-6) and 2018 (Under-7) Training Days
- Season Start Date: September 7 and our Kick-off Jamboree at Burnaby Lake West
- Season End Dates: March 8-9
- Days: TBC
- Locations: Training sessions will be held indoors with exact location and time announced once the Club is able to confirm coaches and gym availability (early August).
- Times: Training sessions will be for one hour and will be held between 5:00 – 7:30 pm
2019 (Under-6) Game Days
- Boys: Saturdays at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM**
- Girls: Sundays at 10:00 AM
- Location: All games will be played indoors (exact location TBD)
2018 (Under-7) Game Days
- Boys: Saturdays at Noon or 1:00 PM**
- Girls: Sundays at 9:00 AM
- Location: All games will be played indoors (exact location TBD)
**Please note there are two game times for these age groups. Game times will not be the same each week.

The Under-6 and Under-7 season will start on September 7th at Burnaby Lake West (Field 2 and 3) at our Kick-off Jamboree! All players will receive game kit and meet your coaches and teammates. There will also be bouncy houses, a concession, and other fun activities!
