Burnaby, BC (March 15, 2024) Burnaby Football Club today opened registration for its annual Labour Day Tournament (August 31, September 1 and 2, 2024) to be held at Burnaby Lake West (Fields 1-5).
The BFC Labour Day Tournament is open to all U11 (2014) – U18 (2007) boys and girls teams (only 2011 BCSPL teams). All participants are guaranteed four games, and each age/division level will play in 5-team pods. BFC will accept registrations at each age level and category until a pod is full and then will create a wait list. Registration is open until July 31, 2024.
As an incentive for Burnaby FC teams, a $200 refund (after the tournament) will be provided to any BFC team which provides 12 hours of volunteer hours over the course of the tournament.

- Format: Teams will be divided into pods of 5
- Fees:
- 2012-2014 (U11-U13) – $400
- 2007-2011 (U14-U18) – $500
