Burnaby FC Launches New Website and Opens Registration

Burnaby, BC –

Burnaby Football Club has officially launched its newly branded website (www.burnabyfc.com) which includes Fall/Winter 2023-2024 registration for players from U5-U18 (excluding BCSPL) and adults.

Burnaby FC programming is now open for registration and all current Cliff Avenue United FC, Burnaby Girls SC and Wesburn FC members, as well as new players, are encouraged to register. All those awaiting confirmation of their placement to a Division 1 (U11-U15) team or Metro (U16-U18) team (including BDMS players), will receive an email in early April along with a code and direction on which team to register for.

Players who played Division 2 and Division 3 U11-U17 2022-2023 can register now.  Division 1 players (born 2007, 2008, 2006) can also register now.

The site will continue to expand and evolve over the coming weeks and months as we expand each section, including those dedicated to our Players, Coaches and Referees.

Registration for Fall is an exciting time for players and parents to plan. We trust this new effective online presence and registration in today’s digital world helps guide the process and make it easier to be involved with Burnaby Football Club.

From U5-U18 the focus of our programs is to develop the person as well as the player in a fun, challenging, and safe environment, while developing a lifelong love for the beautiful game.

Burnaby Football Club has a variety of adult teams with a range of play catering to players’ needs and abilities. Whether you’re looking to join a team and compete at a high level or just looking for some fun and exercise in a healthy environment, there is something for everyone in our adult programming. It’s always a good idea to stay active and engaged in sports.  Our adult programs include teams at U21 men and women, women’s premier, competitive men’s (Division TBD), VMSL Divisional teams and MWSL Divisional teams as well as Masters.

Burnaby Football Club, through its founding clubs, have produced many talented players over the years. The alumni list on our new website includes recognizable names including Julia Grosso, Jake Ruby, Chris Lee, Brandon Momotani, Emma Regan and many others. These players have gone on to play at Provincial, National, International, University, CPL, and League 1 teams.  The Alumni section is a proud addition to our website content and will be expanded.
