Spring Cascadia Soccer League | U10-U17 (2016-2008)
This season Burnaby FC will be entering the following teams in the Cascadia Soccer League. Teams must be prepared to travel across the Lower Mainland.
A program for beginners, returning players and players new to BFC. Curriculums follow the most up-to-date sport science backed program design that are age-appropriate for players at all levels. Coaches and Players are trained consistent with the BFC Tech Plan to align with the BFC Global Player and BFC Game Model.
The Cascadia League runs from April 5/6 to June 7/8.
All current BFC players will continue to wear their 24-25 season match kit. Players new to BFC will be provided BFC match kit.
1 weeknight practice, 1 game each week
U11: 30 minute halves / U13: 35 minute halves / U14-U16: 40 minute halves / U17: 45 minute halves

- April 5th/6th Opening Weekend
- April 23rd Final Schedule released for all U9 Intake – U14 Intake teams
- May 17th/18th No League Games – Victoria Day Weekend
- June 7th/8th Finals for U14 and over teams / Last weekend of games for all teams

BFC House Spring League | U8-U9 (2017-2016)
Foundations is perfect for players who simply love being a part of a team, it includes one team training and game per week, led by volunteer coaches with Burnaby FC staff support. The focus is on physical literacy, having fun with the soccer ball and an introduction to small-sided games. Based on the 4 Corners of Development (Technical/Tactical, Physical, Psychological & Social/Emotional), the Foundations program supports building a life-long love for the game of soccer. Participants will become masters of the ball as they enhance their individual skill and physical literacy with fun, engaging activities and small-sided games.

BFC Spring U5 (2020-2021)
Our BFC Staff Coach led sessions focus on physical literacy and having fun with the soccer ball. Young soccer players will love their early experiences at BFC with age-appropriate activities to hook them on the game and healthy living for life. Each phase is 8 weeks in duration. The Spring sessions will be held outdoors at Confederation Park minis.
