Prior to this, Joseph was the COO of TIO Networks, acquired by Paypal, and is also a Founder and a board member of OctoAI Technologies Corp. and Minehub Technologies Inc. Joseph studied Civil and Structural engineering and Business Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Policy Advisory Council of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association. Joseph is often found on soccer pitches playing or coaching youth and adults at various levels in BC.
