UEFA B-qualified coach and FA Wales Elite Youth A Licence candidate, Dylan brings international experience from England, the USA, and Canada.

Since joining Burnaby FC in 2021, he now serves as Development Centre Coordinator, Women’s Premier Head Coach and Boys 2013 Division 1 Head Coach. Dylan previously coached both the 2007 and 2008 BCSPL Girls teams

Rooted in Tactical Periodization and a game model–based approach, Dylan focuses on developing high technical ability, football intelligence, confidence, and autonomy while building pathways for players and coaches across grassroots and high-performance environments.
