FIRST KICKS U5 (2023-2022)
The BFC Grassroots program serves as the essential entry point to our technical pathway. Led by BFC Staff Coaches, these sessions are designed to cultivate a deep and positive relationship with the ball in a high-energy environment. Our curriculum emphasizes fun and confidence, seamlessly incorporating physical literacy into age-appropriate activities.
Mandatory parent participation ensures a supportive first experience, helping players discover a lifelong passion for the game and healthy living. Each phase is 8 weeks in duration; Fall and Winter sessions are held in local school gyms, and our Spring sessions move outdoors to the pitch.
Fall: September – November
Winter: January – March
Spring: April – June
